Women Empowerment Award 2024: We have our winners!
We are thrilled to announce our 15 remarkable winners for the Bayer Foundation Women Empowerment Award, representing the Asia Pacific, Latin America, and Africa regions.
In collaboration with the Impact Hub Network, 15 remarkable winners have been selected from a pool of 2,276 applicants from 3 regions (Latin America, Africa & Middle East, Asia Pacific) in this year’s evaluation process.
Following the conclusion of all 10 pitches in the online Pitching Day, the jury deliberated and selected the 5 awardees from each region. These 15 outstanding awardees represent a diverse range of women-led enterprises tackling pressing challenges in the areas of health, nutrition, and related climate solutions. These winners will embark on a transformative 6-month Accelerator Programme, supported by a €25,000 cash prize, personalised mentorship, and a sponsored trip to the award ceremony in Berlin on the first week of June. They will also gain access to extensive networks, including the Impact Hub Network.
