Gender disparities in science, including underrepresentation, unequal pay, and barriers to advancement for women, are well-documented, and addressing this issue is crucial not only ethically but also for fostering innovation. We are committed to addressing this disparity through various programs to advance innovation in science for the benefit of society.
We are proudly a founding supporter of the Female Science Talent program developed together with the Falling Walls Foundation.
The program empowers early-career women in science to advance their careers and enhance representation in the field. It offers a year-long Intensive Track for 20 talented women, providing two annual gatherings and continuous workshops, career talks, peer exchanges, and support to achieve significant career breakthroughs.
The operation of the program and application process is managed by the Falling Walls Foundation independently of Bayer Foundation.
